Coinblock
A simulated crypto trading application inspired by Coinbase
- Coinblock was developed with Javascript, React and Redux on the frontend, and Python, Flask and SQLAlchemy on the backend with a Postgres Database.
Chatter
A live-chat messaging application clone of Slack
- Chatter was developed by a team of four engineers. It uses Javascript, React and Redux on the frontend, and Python, Flask and SQLAlchemy on the backend with a Postgres Database.

- Led the near-term forecast and influenced teams to meet aggressive goals, increasing gross margin compared to prior forecasts and trends
- Improved inventory risk assessment reliability through more dynamic calculations and presented biweekly reviews to drive action plans, saving ~$25M per quarter; received awards for spearheading this initiative
- Performed NPVs, cost-benefit analysis that identified emerging risk and initiated working groups with stakeholders to drive discussions on redesign, deals, and build strategy, resulting in cumulative risk mitigation of $100M+

- Created a Power BI dashboard to automate reporting and show real-time OpEx spending to provide the group with immediate access to financials and saving about ~50 hours per quarter in FP&A work
- Exceeded aggressive profitability targets through strategic planning and managed factory spending with cross-functional business partnership, resulting in $50M+ spending reductions
